Frequently Asked Questions
All tours begin with pickup directly from your hotel or riad in Marrakech. There's no fixed meeting point — we come to you. If your accommodation isn't accessible by car, we'll arrange a nearby pickup spot.
The 3-day tour is the classic Sahara taster. The 4-day adds the Dades and Roses Valleys and a second desert night. The 5-day is the most relaxed, with more time for Berber villages, the Ziz Valley, and optional activities. All are private and can be customised.
All tours include a private driver-guide, a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle, fuel, hotel pickup, accommodation (hotels/riads and a desert camp), camel trek at the dunes, and breakfasts and dinners on multi-day tours. Lunches and entrance fees are generally not included unless stated.
You'll stay in a comfortable tented camp among the Erg Chebbi dunes, with proper beds, blankets, a traditional dinner, music around the fire, and breakfast at sunrise. Standard and luxury camp options are available — just let us know your preference.

Spring (March–May) and autumn (September–November) are ideal, with warm days and cool nights. Winter is great for clear desert skies but chilly after dark, while summer is very hot — early starts and shade make it manageable.
Bring layers (it's hot by day, cool at night), comfortable shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen, a hat or scarf, and a small bag for the camp overnight. A power bank and a camera are well worth it for the dunes at sunrise and sunset.
