Casablanca → Rabat
The White City & the Atlantic Capital
Arrive in Casablanca and begin with the exterior of the Hassan II Mosque — perched dramatically on a promontory above the Atlantic, one of the world's largest and most architecturally striking mosques. Continue north along the coast to Rabat, Morocco's elegant capital. Visit the Kasbah of the Oudaias with its blue-and-white lanes and Atlantic views, the unfinished Hassan Tower and the magnificent Mausoleum of Mohammed V. Check into your riad in Rabat's medina.
Rabat → Meknès → Volubilis
Imperial Grandeur & Roman Ruins
Drive east to Meknès, one of Morocco's four imperial cities, built by Sultan Moulay Ismail in the 17th century. Walk through the monumental Bab Mansour gate — one of the finest in North Africa — explore the vast royal stables and granaries that once held 12,000 horses. Afternoon excursion to the nearby Roman ruins of Volubilis, Morocco's best-preserved ancient site, with intact mosaic floors and a triumphal arch dating to 217 AD. Overnight in Meknès or Fes.

A Full Day in the Labyrinthine Medina
An immersive full day in Fes el-Bali, the 9th-century UNESCO medina and one of the world's most extraordinary urban environments. With your guide, explore the Chouara tanneries — viewed from leather-scented rooftop terraces above the vivid dye vats. Visit Al-Qarawiyyin, founded in 859 AD and widely considered the world's oldest continuously operating university. Browse the souks of leather, ceramics, brass and spices. End at the Merenid Tombs for sweeping panoramic views at golden hour.
Fes → Marrakech
South Through the Middle Atlas
Depart Fes and head south, crossing the cedar-forested slopes of the Middle Atlas. A scenic road journey that passes through Ifrane — the alpine town nicknamed the "Switzerland of Morocco" — and Azrou, where Barbary macaques often roam roadside. Stop at Beni Mellal for lunch before arriving in Marrakech in the early evening. Check into your riad in the heart of the medina. First evening free to explore the Djemaa el-Fna square.
Marrakech
Guided Tour of the Red City
A full guided day in Marrakech to close the circuit. Visit the ornate Bahia Palace, the Saadian Tombs, and the extraordinary Majorelle Garden — 12 acres of cobalt-blue architecture and exotic plants, rescued and restored by Yves Saint Laurent. Walk the living souks of the medina with your guide decoding every alley, craft and scent. As the sun sets, take your place in the spectacle of Djemaa el-Fna — storytellers, musicians, acrobats, and the rising smoke of a hundred food stalls. Farewell dinner in the medina.
